About the position

As a security protection specialist, you will have a responsible assignment where you, through structured analysis and well-founded assessments, investigate companies and organizations exposed to Svenska kraftnät's security-sensitive operations. Your work is crucial to ensure that our collaborations take place under the right conditions and with high security protection.

You will have a broad and varied area of responsibility where you work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in security and other parts of the organization. You will:

• Support the organization in developing specific security protection assessments and review these.
• Be responsible for conducting consultations with the Security Police when exposing operations, contacting other authorities, businesses, etc.
• Conduct suitability assessments and supplier evaluations.
• Educate and guide the organization in security protection/supplier security.
• Control and follow up within the framework of the authority's work with specific security protection assessments.
• Contribute to the further development of operations, processes, and system support.
• Support in matters concerning the formulation of security protection agreements, collaboration, and cooperation agreements.

The role is placed in the Supplier Security unit and belongs to the Security Section. The unit consists of two teams, 13 employees, and a unit manager. The group is a mix of employees and consultants with different backgrounds and competencies, creating a dynamic and developing work environment.

Your integrity is one of your strengths – you stand firm in your assessments and decisions even in challenging situations, while handling sensitive issues with discretion and judgment.

You work in a structured and methodical manner, with the ability to prioritize correctly in an environment where details are as important as the whole. Your communication skills enable you to convey complex issues clearly and credibly, whether you are educating colleagues, reviewing agreements, or collaborating with external actors.

Mandatory requirements:

• Relevant academic education from a university/college or work experience that can be assessed as equivalent.
• Knowledge of security protection legislation.
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Experience from working in a government authority.
• Several years of experience in qualified work with security protection.

Desirable:

• Experience working with investigations, preferably personal investigations or security assessments.
• Experience working in case management systems.
• Language skills beyond Swedish and English.

• The position is located in Stockholm/Sundbyberg.
• Opportunity for remote work up to 40% if the work allows.
